In light of the COVID-19 situation, the Canadian government is currently adopting preventative and educational measures. During this time, Tian-Jin Temple will be fully cooperating with the government’s policies to minimize the risk of COVID-19 to the community.
To ensure the safety and health of visitors, Tian-Jin Temple has set up hand sanitizers at various points in the facility, as well as implemented regular thorough disinfection of the space, applying the preventative measures according to governmental recommendations.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will also be suspending all natal chart reading services, held typically on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, until we are confident that we have the health and safety measures in place to manage the changing situation.
Additionally, TJ Fest will be postponed to a later date. We hope to celebrate TJ Fest to the best of our ability in a safe environment, and value your support and positive responses to our measures and changes.
We encourage everyone to continue to wash your hands, take appropriate steps to self-health management, increase your immune system response, avoid public gatherings, and self-isolate for 14 days if you have recently entered Canada.
Please take a look at the COVID-19 resources below. Do not panic—we will be able to remain strong and healthy through these times.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We wish your family good health.
As of June 1, Tian-Jin Temple is restarting consultation services on Monday, Friday, and Saturday evenings at 8 pm. When visiting the temple, please wear a mask.
