About Us

The Chinese Taoism Kuan-Kung Association in Canada is a non-profit charity established in 1995.

Our goal is to provide support, assistance, and enlightenment to those in need. Through harnessing social resources, we strive to educate the public, carry out charitable and community service, and foster academic exchange activities.

Our overarching objective is to contribute to a harmonious and secure society by promoting religious and spiritual practices, serving the community, and showcasing the rich heritage of traditional Chinese culture.

Tian-Jin Temple

In 2012, Tian-Jin Temple, the first temple in Canada that worships Kuan-Kung, opened its doors to the public. The Taoist temple serves as a vibrant hub for communal gatherings and offers a range of religious ceremonies and community service activities.

With a core belief in compassion and equity for all, regardless of background, Tian-Jin Temple brings people together and promotes harmony in society. Following the teachings of the Taoist deity, Kuan Kung, we focus on self-improvement, helping others along the Taoist path, and leading a virtuous life according to Taoist values.
